Overview: At Skyvinity, we specialize in made-to-order wall art, including multiple paper art print types, canvas, and canvas in black frames. Each item is crafted uniquely for you upon order, ensuring a personalized touch tailored to your preferences.
Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information
Here you'll find all the details regarding how we handle the shipping of your purchased items. We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient experience from the moment you place an order to when it arrives at your doorstep.
1.1 Shipping Address Requirements
- All shipping addresses must be provided in Latin/English characters.
- We do not offer address validation services; hence, it is crucial that customers provide an accurate shipping address to avoid any delivery issues.
1.2 Order Confirmation and Tracking
- Upon placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email.
- A subsequent email will be sent once the order has been shipped, including the tracking number. This tracking information will be sent to the inbox of the email address provided by the customer.
2. Production and Shipping Times
Each product category has specific production times, as outlined below. Shipping times are in addition to these production periods.
2.1 Premium Paper Print
- Production Partner: Sensaria
- Production Time: 2-4 days
- Technology & Inks: high-end inkjet Canon iPF9400 printers are used with Canon 12-color Aqueous. Acid-free archival inks are used to print on museum-grade paper.
- Quality Control: Rigorous checks at each step of the printing process.
- Packaging: Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in a extra thick triangle boxes or tubes. Boxes will be used for posters smaller than 24'', and tubes will be used for all sizes 24'' and above.
2.2 Framed Premium Paper Print
- Production Partner: Sensaria
- Production Time: 2-4 days
- Technology & Inks: high-end inkjet Canon iPF9400 printers are used with Canon 12-color Aqueous. Acid-free archival inks are used to print on museum-grade paper. For easy hanging, there’s a backing hardware piece. The framing is made of MDF and Protective acrylic cover.
- Quality Control: Rigorous checks at each step of the printing process.
- Packaging: Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in a extra thick triangle boxes or tubes. Boxes will be used for posters smaller than 24'', and tubes will be used for all sizes 24'' and above.
2.3 .75" & 1.25" Canvas Print
- Production Partner: Jondo
- Production Time: 2-4 days
- Technology & Inks: HP Latex printers with water-based, non-toxic, non-flammable Latex inks.
- Quality Control: Comprehensive checks at each printing stage.
- Packaging: Wrapped in plastic, packaged in a custom-sized recycled cardboard box.
2.4 Black Framed Canvas
- Production Partner: Jondo
- Production Time: 2-4 days
- Technology & Inks: Similar to Canvas Print.
- Packaging: Similar to Canvas Print.
3. Regional Shipping Information
- USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Northern Europe/EFTA, and Europe: Shipping takes up to 2 - 6 business days.
- Australia: Shipping takes up to 2 - 6 business days.
- International: Shipping takes up to 10 - 30 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated US territories: Additional 7 – 12 business days for delivery.
Northern Europe includes Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. EFTA states include Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland.

Return Policy
General Shipping Information: Since our products are made to order, we only accept returns for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Return or Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be damaged or defective. It must also be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For a return or replacement request due to damage, you must provide a photo of the said damages. This is crucial for us to assess the damage and process your request efficiently.
Initiating a Return or Exchange: To start a return, contact us at Support@Skyvinity.com. Please include photos of the damage or defect with your request.
Return Process: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, items that are not damaged or defective cannot be returned or refunded.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about your refund status. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
